Operational Guidelines
  1. Sterilize temperature ≤ 135 °C (Improved type ≤ 155 °C). Exceeding this may damage the motor.
  2. Normal bone drill holds bits < 6mm. Acetabulum reaming drill (torque focus) is ~300 rpm; canulate drill is ~600 rpm.
  3. Remove the battery from the tool after surgery to prevent automatic discharge and preserve battery life.
  4. The battery cannot be sterilized and is not autoclavable.
  5. Wash the cranial bur immediately after surgery to avoid blood sticking; ensure it stays dry.
  6. The battery space in the handpiece must remain dry after sterilization.
  7. Cranial bur blades are medical stainless steel. They are flexible to avoid breaking; we suggest single-use for optimal performance.
